Sunday | 25 December 2016 - as this falls on a weekend, employees will be entitled to one of the following: - a paid day off within a month of the public holiday;
- an additional day of annual leave; or
- an additional day's pay.

Good Friday (25 March 2016) is not a public holiday although some schools and businesses do close on that day; however, it is important to note that there is not an automatic entitlement to time off work on that day.
